For info on the R1125 see Thread "Hello From Spain" in mid-2008. This R1125 version does not appear in the official "universal" Renault R4 Parts Books for the 1970s (PR 953 and PR 1005). Probably a Parts Book (which would show all the special mods) was produced for Portugal only.

It is a fact that the R1125 does not appear in some considered "official Universal" books as you said. :!:

Try to find the PR897 (4th edition 1968-1974) which includes the R1125/261;
R1125S/261; R1125S/267; R2108/100; R2108/267; R2108S/261; R2108SA/261

You can also try to find the MR196 1st edition (R1125; R1125S; R1125TL; R2108; R2108S; R2108SA.

As you can see, it was not produced only for Portugal
