I've been a member for a while but yesterday for the first time became the owner of a Renault - an 1983 R4 F6.
It's not perfect but it's all running OK at the moment although I know it has a few issues that need sorting including some bodywork/rust issues. I will no doubt be back on here with questions - possible ones that sound silly - as I am NOT a mechanic, so bear with me when that happens.
I've had the van out today just to get used to it, stopped for a fill of petrol at a service station which by chance is beside to a Renault dealership and was pleasantly surprised when the manager of the dealership came out, walked around the van with a beaming smile and told me he had learned to drive in 'that exact model'.
