Not quite that simple
Early cars 76 to 82 early dash had seperate regulator box and voltmeter on dash
Later cars had warning lamp instead and regulator built in identified by 2 pin push in plug on alternator
Too long ago for me yo remember if 845 and 1108 different mounting etc
BUT it is possible to fit different manufacturer provided
A it bolts on and lines up
B correct year type as above
