Hi Folks
Sadly at last have come to the conclusion I have too many cars (No such thing I hear you all say)!
Unfortunatly, it's the R4s that are first for the chop!
I have three of them, (well two and a half)
1/. My 1986, 70000miles, not a single dent, had running a while ago on stale petrol and sounded great.
Bought from solicitor friend in local pub, he had used it for a bit having bought it from the estate of a client.
Had been garaged from new, he used it for a bit and put it in barn for a few years.
This would explain total lack of rot, nothing I can see, inner wings, wing seems, floor, door pillars, all spotless.
Havn't climbed underneath it reacently, so you will have to checkout yourself.
Interior all origional and nice.
2/. One of my son's earlier Ebay buys, 130'000 miles, most panels have war scars, fialed MOT about a year ago on usual rear chassis rot, not massive hole, but hole none the less. Towbar.
This was the car that started it all, you know what its like, I drove it down to the pub for a VSCC meeting (see pic) and all you get is "Iv'e got one of those in the barn" do you want it?
3/. Pile a bits on wheels, did drive it into garden but looking very sorry now.
Any buyer can strip bits off and I'll get shot of shell.
Some boxes of bits and loads of wheels ETC
Just need to get then out of the garden as realise I will never get round to sorting them out.
Out of the contry on work until the 24th May but online if anyone interested.
On ;- perpetualpix@gmail.com
Would hate to take them to the crusher, so any offers let me know.
Have Landrover, so could deliver around SE for cost of trailer hire and fuel.
At the risk of sounding terse, please don't ask how much do I want for a lefthand indicator lense, it's all or nothing, sorry.
