Continuing my clear out of things I'll probably not use...
4 x 5.5 (ie slightly wider) Fergat Wheels. I bought these of a guy down south somewhere who bought them new thinking they would fit an R12 (they don't). He had painted them but obviously not used them. I fitted a lovely set of Pirelli P4000 tyres and used them (briefly) on my GTL before removing them when it was sold. So the tyres have done maybe 500 miles at most. However, they are probably at least fifteen years old now (couldn't see a date stamp on them though) although have been stored properly and are free from any cracking etc. Tyres are 175s which is about as big as you can go in an R4 - i did get occasional rubbing on the back if I had anyone else in the car with me.
Wheels themselves are good, few minor chips etc but good overall and not bent / damaged etc.
So what are they worth? They seem crazy expensive these days - €500 a set seems common in France which seems crackers to me! So how about £200?
Strictly collection only and I'd much prefer bank transfer on collection or cash if you really must.
Collection from Burnley, Lancashire (BB12 postcode) and approx 2 miles from Junction 13 M65. Come and have a lovely day out in Lancashire, go home with some wheels!
