I have ever seen this car, and personnaly I think that 2 things are failed:

The wheelbase of the Clio is different to the wheelbase of the R4, the side view shows this problem, this creates a strange design;

I think they should better fit the rear lamp where they are on the R4 and not at the exterior of the wings;

i've done designs for this and my plan was a whole new chassis,

The cilo chassis was for time and laws i guess

But for it to look right, the whole Cilo needs to be dumped and just have the back end and work from there.

Yes, the back end will be wide

.....i wanted mine to be blue with the dual white strips and glass roof instead of a sunroof :P

I think the whole thing just looks rediculous, especially from the backside. Them extended fenders just look like plastic bathtubs that happened to fit there precicely by coincidence. But besides that, it's a good piece of craftmanship, that I'll have to give them!

It's a fun idea, but the result is very ugly! I'd be inclined to widen the R4 bodywork at the centre instead of having bits of Clio poking out all over the place.

Exactly, they should've widened the R4body or have narrowed the Clio chassis. But this is looking just horrible

I think it's great! There are some images in the blog of designs that reference the R5 Turbo 2 which would have looked even better. Though it's fun to do things differently.
