4L GTL or Van

I'm looking for a Renault R4 GTL 1.1L or Van.
I have a budget quite tight as i'm a artist.
I leave in South east London but I would consider picking up the car all over England.

I would prefer a RHD but it is not compulsory at all. French car, french manners :-)
