A Reg. Renault 4 Van

I have owned My R4 F6 van from new! It still drives but has not been on the road for 3 years, (M.O.T failure due to a rusty floor). I am not a specialist and therefore do not have the expertise to put things right. Is there a solution out there, or is selling it for spare parts the only option?
