Hi everyone, after last years fiasco when my car was vandalised outside my house, and the subsequent battle with the ins co to stop them from scrapping it. I have renewed my ins with Adrian Flux.
Can you give me some idea of the agreed value I should put on my car. It was advertised on here back in March last year by Tony Elkins. All the details are on that ad. It has done 106000 miles and has had a partial re spray and new rear shocks replaced since I bought it for £2800. My mechanic says it is in fantastic condition underneath. I thought £4000.

£4000 seems like a reasonable figure to me. R4s are still appreciating so you'd struggle to find a good, RHD one for much less.

Thanks for that, I forgot its also had a new front wing and rear panel since I bought it. I hope the insurance co agree with us!!
