Air Leak?

So my car is behaving like it's sucking in air but there doesn't appear to be any fuel leaks anywhere. The carb is getting fuel, main jet squirting as it should, everything is pointing to a leak that I cannot find.
Is there an adjustment on the carb that would fix it?

There is supposed to be a restrictor in the breather hose that connects to the manifold. Worth checking you have that or blank off that hose and see if it makes a difference. Which engine do you have?
