Having a bit of a nightmare!
The nearside front disc caliper started to leak at the junction with the brake hose.
I replaced both front pipes with new Franzose parts and new crush washers.
The problem persisted but I was advised that the male part of the Franzose hose was not long enough to seal against the bottom of the female threaded part of the caliper.
I replaced both Franzose hoses with custom made replacements which engage with the bottom of the threads in the calipers.
The problem still persists on the nearside caliper, the offside having been fine at the start and throughout all the changes.
The only thing I can think is that the caliper body is cracked and the fluid is finding its way out under pressure.
Has anyone experienced anything similar and furthermore has anyone got a spare n/s Bendix caliper?
