It's oil change time I've previously used morrisons golden film 20w50
What's peoples recommendations

I've always used Castrol Magnatec 15W40.

I don't know how I got to use 20w50, but happy to change if it's advisable

Hi

I always use 20w50 as per the spec. I tend to buy Castrol 20w/50 Classic Oil, Duckhams version of this is good too (lovely green colour), Millers and Halfords also do 20w/50 Classic Oil. I have not used either of the latter two and cannot vouch for them.

My Renault 4 handbook (the one with the pink cover) says the recommended engine oil is elf 15W40 or Presti 20W50.
