brief intro

Hi...

Posted only once about looking for an R4 in France - I failed to find one, but think I may have been bitten by the bug to keep searching. I think my ideal 4 would be a well worn LHD van with original French signage paint.

I currently own a 1985 4.2 XJ6 that is laid up in my garage waiting for me to motivate myself, a 1987 Nissan Laurel 2.4 which I just put back on the road (needed an engine) & a modern MR2 that just stung me for vast sums of money by snapping the clutch fork retaining bolt in the middle of the Alps a week after I had paid for the main dealer major service. Previous Renault ownership is limited to a 1.1 four speed super5, which I thought was marvellous in a plasticy tappety bouncy rust prone sort of way

Hi and welcome i'm sure one will come along they usually do it took me a while until i found one well two actually.

Funnily enough we've just had similar the other way round, my other half put her Twingo up for sale on Sunday night and we had a couple who had been searching for ages come and buy it with in two days! They'd been searching for a good Twingo for months and had all but given up hope until up we popped with ours for sale.
