Anybody knows what is the diameter of those bumpers ? I am going to fabricate them from stainless steel and exact pipe diameter would be appreciated.
If anybody has good quality pictures from abode, side and front would be nice too :D

I'm restoring my R4 and have only two very bad condition late chromed bumpers and two medium even later painted bumpers. And these pipe type are easiest and cheap to make :D

Thats awseome :) shouldn't be hard to produce :D I see there is some central bend is it more like A ( one bend ) or B (three bends)

Whats the total length and space between crossmember and the bumper?

Is the rear the same ( withouth the central bend only ) ?

The crossmember suggest your car has already the 4 gears gearbox... is that bumber original? I am just used to the previous plate tipe and the later more rounded, like the later ones but chromed instead that painted...

mine has crosmember like the one in the photo and it has 4 gears. The problem is chromed bumpers early plate type are hard to get and expensive, later type are also quite expensive and quality of reproduction is weak. I bought pipes for 50euro and am starting next week with the project. I am also reproducing stainless mountings for it. Just need to figure out what to do with the tow bar, wouldn't like to remowe it but probably will look poorly with such a bumper that doesn;t cover much.
