finally got her going, after one minute idle run she stops and do not move.

After opening the 845cm3 motor i found the following; two connecting rod counterweigths meet piston pipe end.

Piston pipes are assembled in by professionals, with sealings.etc
Sealing material(glue?) remains i found in oil pan in some 10x5mm particles.

I'll enclose some photos.

what can be reason for this, pinstons and pipes are german made

I have never heard of anything like this happening in my life! Some parts supplied may be wrong - I have assembled lots of engines so cannot come to any other conclusion.

You are also lucky that nothing broke...Was the engine noisy?

The piston skirts can be shortened, but you have to press the pins out and they may be destroyed in the process. It would be interesting to compare their full height with an old piston.
Are the counterweights so close to the piston skirt on these engines? Interesting point that I hadn't noticed.

Can't remember of hand because quite some time since i've completely stripped an engine but should not the base of the pistons on either side of the piston's be slightly recessed to allow the counter weights to miss the base of the piston's ? ?

If it's not the Pistons having too long a skirt, then either the Con Rods are too short. Hard to imagine how this happened - it's not like there were a variety of lengths used.

OR, the on the crankshaft the distance from the main bearing journals and the big end journals is too large. Again, how could this be, given it all assembled.

It's got to be incorrect pistons, somehow, as the only other possibilities don't actually seem possible!
