Carburettor bracket

The bracket that keeps my carb cable and spring on my billabcourt engine is kept in place by 3 of the head bolts. Normally just one of them is used, and manuals says it can be taken off without problem... but can I hope there will be no problems if I unscrew 3 of them in one time?!?!?

I wouldn't do that.
But I have no actual knowledge that it would be bad

Yesterday I asked a couple of mechanics and both said nothing would happen to the head. So I trusted them and proceeded. Fingers crossed!
