cold start issue.. and dangerous fuel leak..

I have a cold start issue.. after a few days of sitting, R4 taking longer than usual to start.
Every next...normally the engine should go "boom(on)".
I discovered the cause..i have a leak on jet head!
petrol flow out from carb body... wet on exhaust manifold..
I was recently cleaning my carb and check obvious problem...

I tightened the screw.. waiting for the result, don't leak for now.
hope I will fix a leak from the copper washer of the jet head.

Should I put sealer on top of intake blok - both side to the gasket? If so, do you have a recommendation on what type of sealer?
the paper is dry, not leaking.

Absolutely not. Make sure the insulator block is not cracked.
