Coolant leak

Few days ago, when I got to my car, that was parked for a few hours, I've noticed a puddle in front of it. After close inspection, I determined it was coolant. When I got to garage, this is what I've found. Someone has tried to "weld" this small pipe to radiator, because original, plastic pipe was broken. I've tried to attached it again, put some waterproff tape on it, but nothing...It is still leaking. I think that I'll need a new radiator. What do you think? Is there a way to glue, weld this so it doesn't pop out when the pressure builds?

You may try fitting a threaded hydraulic fitting (1/8NPT - 8mm male) after drilling and threading the hole. Thickness is not that great, but I guess enough for 3-4 threads. If this fails, you have to get a new radiator.
