Dampers, looking for

I was having a look at melun catalogue, having to place an order for the plastic clips that hold the hoses running along the chassis... noticed that record maxigas shock absorbers have really interesting prices... is there anyone that has a hint or suggestion or just a personal experience about them? Elsewhere I am oriented on sachs, since a friend had a bad experience with kayaba ones...

I cant give a proper assesment but i did fit a pair a month ago for a customer on the front and they appeared to be good on test.
They were a good price and are garanteed for life from Oscaro.
