Can anyone help as I’m trying to get the dashboard out of my F6 but can’t get it past the lights & indicator stalks?
Do they unscrew??
Cheers Mike.

it's a bit difficult, first detach battery clamps, drag the parking ligths short tab away, detach ligth indicator cables behind the indicator switch but be sure that you'll be able to connect cables back correctly(mark each and take photos).Cables do not have little or none play length at all,.
Screw the indicator switch back plate away, small ordinary screw head small screws maybe 4mm diam and 3-4 pcs.
Even then it will be a trapets walking and twistings&shouting to get it out.
(of course you have taken out screws between windscreen and dashboard, both lowers side shelfs etc.

i guess done it 3 or 4 times....

Remove the 3 controls by pulling them well in the axis to unclip them.
You have to pull hard enough and depending on the condition of the car, a little bit of penetrating oil can be welcome (WD40 is your friend).

oh no, that was NEWS to me that all three sticks could be pulled out, hope it concern also older models:doh:

All '61-'82 switch stalks pull out, problem is that they are held in the switch by a circlip which occasionally jams and will not allow the stalk to be pulled out.
