Ermintrude in Italy!

Just spotted a website selling R4 parts in Italy which features picture of Ermintrude:

Erimintrude did go to Italy on the way from the Alps to Spain back in 2003/04. Though the photo looks very much like the one taken in our yard just a little bit before that.

We just rattled through Italy. The Italians were very enthusiastic about the car, though we didn't take any photos. I think that spares website photo is a fake!

It's the one you took immediately after the restoration when you had changed the position of the number plate. Soon after you realised that the car warmed up better with the number plate covering the vents.
