Flywheel alignment

How do you aling a flywheel with the crankshaft? I am in the proces of disassembling of my 1108 cc engine and I have removed the flywheel without marking its position. I can't see any marks on the crankshaft.

The holes aren't evenly spaced - the flywheel will only fit in one orientation.

If you need any parts please let me know - I have a full genuine engine gasket set and seals, timing chain and tensioner, new main and big end bearing shells and new thrust bearings. I also have a set of the 4 paper liner seals. There is also a full set of piston rings there too, but there were two types used on the 1108cc.

I'm sure you can get these parts where you are but just in case you can't please feel free to pm me.
