Forum Software Update 23rd July 2022

I'm planning a forum software level update on Saturday. If all goes well the forum will close for a few minutes then re-open and work exactly the same.

Should you notice anything unusual or broken after Saturday please post to mention it.

Forgot to mention - I did the update on Saturday and it went well. I had been worried about a fault with another forum that was running that level but that turned out to be caused by an error on my part.

Is the orange 'New' icon new? Is that the only change users will see?

Well spotted. I didn't notice that.

We're on another version of 2.2. Generally the software developers try to keep things much the same in the updates and will introduce all the new stuff they have thought up when they get to 2.3. That update will probably happen here between Christmas and New Year.
