Front side window

Hi, How difficult is it to replace the metal strip on the rear of the front, side fixed window and where posble to get replacement strip? Thank's.

It is very easy to replace the piece, just release the clips hidden behind the rubber frame and pop the whole window out. To find a new piece, I'd start at scrapyards.
