If you are going that far in dismantling there is no need to mark the torsion bar position, you will reset it on reassembly anyway. Be aware that they are handed and must not be swapped left to right, but they are factory marked and can be easily told apart.
Try to get the factory workshop manual - Haynes is not very clear when it comes to torsion bars - and to make a tool similar to factory Sus.25 so that you will be able to re-tension the torsion bars safely.

Thanks for your response, Maybe a stupid question but is it only set from the rear part of the bar(under the seat) and the wishbone side goes any way?
thanks

Both ends of the torsion bar are used for ride height setting, one end has one tooth more, so when you rotate the bar by one tooth at both ends, the anchor lever ends at a slightly different position.
Your car should have adjusting cams, so final positon of torsion bar is not too critical-any fine adjustment can be done from the cams. But it helps very much to put the anchor lever at the right initial position.
