Front Wing damage

Managed to do a silly and start the car with it in gear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Damaged the front wing, was going to have both front wiings replaced in any case and repalcements are sitting in garage awaiting.
Bonnet seems Ok but front bar is bent. Fixing to bumper has bent but bumper appears OK.

Ah YES so true. I tried kicking myself but kept falling over. Ah well.
