Fuel consumption of R4 1100cc

I want to know exactly fuel consumption of reanult 4tl with engine capacity of 1100cc. 1lt is supposed to go how many kilometers? my renault its have high consumption of fuel..

I think about 16/18 Km/litre, but it largely depends from roads, state of the engine, fuel type...
