Fuses

Does anyone know which fuse is which on my 1976 F6?
Fuse number 1 (or No4?) doesn’t appear to have anything plugged into the top connection?
Anyone got a cover for them?

According to the GTL/F6 Revue Technique, from left to right:
1. 8 Amp Interior light
2. 8 Amp Instruments and brake lights
3. 8 Amp Wipers
4. 5 Amp Flasher unit
