Last year I posted(ranted) about the smallest cog restorers in Herefordshire. They were hopeless in sorting out my gearbox problem. Subsequently I went to Blacktop Restoration in Ledbury and they have been excellent. Luke, the owner has rebuilt my gearbox, spotting the problems that the smallest cog were unable to discover and replacing the broken cog. If you are able to get to him he might be the answer to your problem, as he was with me.
