GTL headlights

My headlights are corroded and need to be replaced otherwise the MOT will be a bit of a struggle. Have bought and tried the cheap repro ones from Dre Franzose, but they don't seem to fit. Does anybody have any other ideas to solve the problem?

Thanks very much

Steve

Post some photos for a better guess. I've fitted them and they were a bit tight. I think I had to file some metal from around the mounting lugs on the head light to get them to fit.

Keep the lense from your old lights and fit to the new for best results.

Thanks guys. That's the problem we've found, the metal lugs are just too big, and don't seem to be in the correct place as when fitted the lines on the headlamp glass are clearly at an angle and not vertical. The bulb bases are different on each light as well! Looks like I'll have to go with the deer Franzose ones but buy the complete package, light, bulb bases, the lot.
