There is no 1128cc engine, "1128" is vehicle type code for cars with 1108cc engine.

13 bars is an excellent figure for compression pressure, don't bother with head gasket or piston rings, it's definitely not from there.

If you find fuel in the sump, there are two reasons: leaking fuel pump or very rich mixture. Both of them could affect engine performance, too.

is there any way to check if fuel pump is leaking besides cheking the membrane?and how to make it leaner?

it seems strange to me you have got fuel mixing with oil and loss of power
if you have no smoke its not rings.
have you checked the manifold gasket, some time the nuts work off so ther are missing or loose, this will give you power loss, the other is carb flooding
years ago Renault had a mod to assist in fuel going back to take on a return system is this working ok?
hope this helps you

Industrial or marine hardware shops carry special "diaphragm rubber" sheets in various thicknesses. Make sure it's compatible with petrol.
Otherwise, get a new fuel pump.
