Heater blowing cold air

Is there somebody that could give me advice on why my heater is still blowing out cold air.

Possibilities might include a lack of water in the engine, a broken heater valve, or blocked heater matrix. But it does depend on the car - which one do you have?

There Is The Buton Inside Where You Can Change Cold To Warm.it Hapens That You Turn It To Warm But It Stays On Cold.check That Button Maybe Its Not Working Properly.
