Hi All,
After a few days of reading all the fabulous postings on the site, I thought that it might be appropriate to introduce myselfops:
I am not a recent "convert" to all things simple and practical, especially when it comes to motor vehicles. I have a 1981 series 3 Land Rover station wagon (for my sins!!), which keeps me busy. But I also have a Vauxhall Astra and a Mitsubishi Shogun, which being full of electronics and other associated rubbish, are just itching to go wrong...and when (not if) they do....there will be very little I can do to repair the problem.
So I have started hunting around for another small simple car to play with and also one which might accompany my Land Rover eventually.
Hence my humble arrival at the door of this forum and the Renault 4.
I can't beleive that I have overlooked it before small, simple, practical and very "fixable".
Anyway, I've bored you all long enough with stuff, I am probably preaching to the converted over:smile:
So, I will post my first question on the discussion forum.
regards
Martin
