Hi, Renault's friends !

I decided to be registred on your forum in order to talk with Renault owners of Great Britain (so, it will make my english better).

So, let me introduce myself.
My name is Clément, I'm 17 and my passion is the popular french cars.
I also practice photography as novice.

I live in the french country, maybe have you ever listen talking about "Poitou", near the "Futuroscope", or not so far from La Rochelle. We are in a soft touristical part of france, in middle west.

So, it will be more interesting to talk about my cars now.

Personnally, I'm already owner of Renault, but not ever Renault 4 (I have two ones, but the are to must rusty).

So, I have two "Premium Renault 4", I'm talking about Renault 6.
In the "TL" version, the first one is white and frem 1971.

And the second one, which I'm owning for 2 years, il also a TL, blue (as a bathroom say my friends) and from 1973.

These two ones had been present in Thenay for the 3rd 4L International.

I also have a Renault 9 from 1983, an Automatic version. I don't have it for a long time, so I will work a little on it in the future weeks.

And my last one is not a Renault (sorry), but also a typical french car on the 70's, a Citroën Dyane 6 from 1973.

(Sorry, on this picture, it's not so clean, because I'm still working on it).

I also succeded to make my father buy a Renault 16 Grand Luxe of 1969, this one is waiting an exhaust pipe (right expression ?)

And he also buys a Renault 15 TL from 1974.

And daily, because I practice in "conduite accompagnée" (I am allowed to drive with a +25years near me) I use my mother's 205 GRD from 1991

And also my father's Renault Espace

I'm verry proud to say that I only drive french cars :p

What else can I have to say...

I like wrecks but it's more than never difficult to find, I propose you to visit my flickr gallery here : http://www.flickr.com/photos/bob86600/ (pictures of different cars and of nothing).

In conclusion, I hope you had understood my english, but as you can see, the French English teaching is not so excellent.

So, now I will begin to visit the all forum.

Welcome to the forum your English is good much better than my French or Spanish.
I also have two R6s a 75 TL and a 72 L in restoration so it is good to see someone else preserving the R6.

Thanks !

With two R6, I have to tell you to come on our french "Forum Renault 6" : http://renault6.forumactif.com/forum
On it, we can find and have a lot of advice, and we love pictures of pretty Renault 6. Join us if you want ;)

Now it's matter of time and you will finish having a couple r4s in your garage...
Wellcome, maybe we met in Thenay!

I hope I will find only a Renault 4, but a good one. I've two ones, a 68 without her papers and motor, and a 69 with motor and papers, juste needing to review all the electricity. It's rusty but fun, but I have to work on it and I don't like so much electricity...
Picture of these cars :

The white one is the 68 mecanicless, and the blue one has to be the base of my begining on the R4.
I hope in the month I will touch these cars because after, I will not be at home to work on it.

Beautiful couple you have yet... r4 electric system is not so difficult... very simple, indeed... even I reached in understanding it... On revue technique and haynes manuals you have the complete scheme... if you need a picture just ask...

Welcome to the forum and I love your cars!

My father had a 6 when I was young and it was a very light pink! We didn't like the colour but the car was great!

We have a house not far from you between La Chataigneraie and Chantonnay.

In our family we have my 4tl BB a Renault Master camper and a little 2001 Twingo for my wife to drive. (Oh and a Kia people carrier).

Oh that's funny, I'm not so far it's true from La Chataigneraie, only an hour by car...
But, you also have a Kia, but nobody is perfect :D

Thanks !

Wow you have such great cars..............
my first Car was a red renault 6 Tl and was the best car I ever had.
Look after them well and good luck with your driving test.
