I am not an expert on these things but it sounds like you need a Certificate of Conformity.( at least I think thats what it is called) First place to try is Renault .If they are unable to help, there may be a web site in your country that is specific in helping with this problem. Probably of limited use but you might want to look at Angloinfo or Living France websites. These certainly cover taking a car to France but you might just find what you want if someone has posted something about taking a car OUT of France. Hope this is of help. Good luck.
