Hi guys
I'm from argentina, and I learn to drive with an old R-6 76. R-4 here was very popular, and besides the early versions of the R-4, both, R6 and and R4 shared mechanics.
The R-6 I had, was 1.118 cm3. It was the same engine 1.397 cm3 from some R-11-18, with lower compresion. Later, we had the R-6 with a 1.4 litres, and, as well the R-4 had the same engine. I think it was powerfull.
If u want, u can check this site:
http://www.renault6.com.ar/datos/datos_tecnicos.htm
Anyway, What I wanted to share with u, after u know the specs of the R-4 here, is this link:
http://www.testdelayer.com.ar/industria/renault-4-di-palma.htm
0-100KM/H 7.3 seconds, with some modifications on the 1118cm3 engine.
If anyone has troubles on translation, ping me.
