Good evening all.
Out of curiosity, how many miles have you all got on your r4's?
Mine is a 956cc on 279000kms so 180000 miles or so. Just passed its rivisione (Italian mot) today and pulls like a train. A slow one mind

I've got a 956cc with 251,000kms and still sweet running...pulls like it should
Seems like a strong little unit. I had the usual teething problems getting it going after sitting for 4 years. Bought it from a farmer that used it to transport grapes. Safe to say he wasn't a fan of regular maintenance or mechanical sympathy...

My '67:came with 18000km on the clock. So the speedometer must have been changed as it should have been in miles. So no idea. All the rest of my cars are between 55k and 60k (miles).

I was very lucky to find an F6 that had done only 31,000 miles (c. 50,000 km). It came with a service card that had notes on it like 'Only 400 miles since last service!' from amazed garage staff.
That was 21 years ago, and it's now done 235,000 miles - just a bit more than 378,000 km. A little slower than it used to be (like the driver..), but still going well. If you change the oil (and filter if you have one) every 3,000 miles, the engines will pay you back.

:o90000 a year.......:o

Some ride.

I can not imagine making that much km.
And i am doing some 35-40000 km a year in all my cars.

Well my best Hrvoje,

Since I purchased my drivers licence back in 1985 (person car, truck, bus and trailer licenses) for a mere 70 guilders aka 35 euro, I've driven every year a 90.000 km average with every car I've owned and I'm not counting the kilometers driving trucks etcetera :D
Since 1985 I've had the following cars;
1) R4 GTL
2) Nissan Sunny 1.7 diesel
3) Renault Megane diesel
4) Opel Astra 2.0 turbo diesel
5) Skoda Fabia 1.2 TDI greenline diesel (YES 1 liter on 30 km is possible as long as people adapt there drive mentality ;))
6) Honda Civic S (9th generation) and a R4 GTL

My wive and I we just love to drive and making milage because driving is fun.
Cheers, Joop

191615 km in a 1990 GTL.

Not doing so many miles now. It was our daily driver, but now it's enjoying being used for just for high days and holidays!

The instrument says 135.000 km, but I changed it a while ago and the previous had 20.000 km more.
I don't really know how many kilometers the car did in its life, and honestly I don't really care.
