Ignition lock

Hi guys!
I have a problem with my r4. Somethings gone wrong in the ignition lock.
I have key insert but it wont turn. Steering wheel lock is on. What can i do? Do i have to tear it apart or is there a way to solve this. Please help! Summer here in finland is short and i wanna get on the road.

Take it easy! Forcing things won't help! Firstly insert the key and make sure it's fully in the lock. Then work out which way the steering is trying to go and G-E-N-T-L-Y turn the steering wheel the OTHER way while applying gentle pressure to the ignition key at the same time. With a little wiggling all should be well!

I think somethings wrong in the lock cylinder.
First i coudnt get the key in at all. Only half way. Like there was something on the way.
After 30min and a little help with small hammer (tapping) i got the key in but it wont turn. Is there a way to get cylinder out when wheel is locked and the key wont turn a bit?
I know that if i could get it to G position this would be easyer.

Thank you Andrew but iv been workin with cars for 20+ years. I know how the steering lock works
