For me it's not a special series R4F4 just a 2nd gen. R4F4 (according to the grill) with a special 2 colour paintjob and nice tyres.
All in all in nice fifties retro look job well done.
Not sure about the bigger headlights, never seen those on the mainland Europe, but indicators on the wings here do exist but on a different spot.
It's intriguing
