Hi all......have an ongoing problem with vari misfires on 2002 laguna II 3.0L V6, changed plugs and all coil packs but no change, took to indie, no joy took to main dealer.. they stated multi cyl misfire, but couldn't test further.. stated that it could be a wiring problem.. I spent time tracing each wire back to the ecu from each coil pack to note that 2/3 cyl's are not getting a negative switch from the ecu.. all coil packs are getting a + feed the other side... I sent the ecu off for testing only to have it returned because the company wrongly told me they could test it.. so i am stuck.. a new ecu from renault is £700.. what second hand parts do i need to buy to get by the coding issue???.. does anyone out they test this ecu??? (i have rang round several) i love the car but i am losing the will to live!!!! please help thanks...
