You don't say what size engine your uncle's car has, but if it's 1108cc (or 1289cc - I know some Colombian cars had this engine), Intermotor 11040 or its equivalent will be the right one.
Here's a list:

It will be OK. In fact, any coil with a primary resistance of about 3 Ohms will do.
