Hi, just bought a 4L for my other half. Problem is that I can't open bonet (could before) The litle push rod in center of dash just rattles around now.Seems to have disconected. How do i open the bonet, any ideas?
The spring for the bonnet catch has probably slipped off it's retainer. That's why the bonnet doesn't "pop up"
Get someone to push in the push rod and then lift the bonnet with your fingers
