Hi all!
I'm Leonardo, I'm a 23 years old student of Mechanical Engineering from Pontedera, a town near Pisa famous for the Vespa maker Piaggio.
I'm a proud owner from tuesday of a white R4 950 TL from 1986. I've searched it for over one year and finally I found it near the Mugello raceway!
I'm happy to be here, i'm sure i can find a lot of interesting threads!
Here is my Mucca (it's "cow" in Italian, the name that R4 gained in Tuscany)

is that an indicator light or just a reflector on the side of the car, just in front of the doors? It also looks like reverse lights fitted to the boot.

It's the side repeater marker indicator light, it was obligatory in Italy from the 60s
The reverse lights on the boot were original too!
