Hey and welcome 
Nice to see another R4 come out of the woodwork to join whats left of the uk fleet.
There is a thread on one of the move active pages on colours so thats worth a nosey first but i'm sure the more knowledgeable guys on here know.
Parts, some still can be had by walking to Renault dealerships or car shops. 'some' thou but there are other places, like the internet.

As for what to do about the car, give it a wash? check the engine turns over manually before doing anything to the engine, then go for new points, spark plugs, oil + filter and fresh fuel. My GTL withstood 4 years of doing nothing but my TL is needing a little more of elbow grease to wake up again
