Not a R4 - but definitely odd

This afternoon whilst en route to a client's house we spotted another oddity - a long wheelbase Renault Express van. It had a door in the side of the rear compartment, as if there was another row of seats in it. We have never seen another like it, although the stretched C15's are relatively common.
It was in EDF/GDF blue and was also for sale.
Unfortunately we had no camera with us.
