Oil leak on 2008 renault laguna 2.0 dci expression

Hiya, hope someone can help me.

I currently own a 2008 renault laguna, which i have had for the past couple of months. Just realised the car has oil leak, can be seen on the sump. Looking from the top everything looks fine but when looking underneath, it has fair amount of oil. The car does not smoke but figured some oil was also in the turbo breather pipe. Please help as i have spent lots of money on the car and local garage cannot figure out a problem. I have attached a picture.

First thing I'd do at a garage would be to wash the whole lot off, starting with a clean engine means you can identify where the issue is a lot easier!
