Oil leaks

On my furgonette I have two little leaks (or at least I can see just these for now); one from the cap on the rocket cover, easily fixable with a new cap or just a new gasket. The other from the rear side of the head: looking to the bulkhead, there is a hole closed with a rubber grommet that is worn... have to check on the other engine if it is normal to have a hole in such position and need to know if the grommet is easy to buy... and even curious to know why it is there!

Hi Azazello, the shaft of the rocker arms is made up of 2 parts. There is a hole in the front of the cylinder head to withdraw the front bar and also a hole at the back of the cylinder head to withdraw the back rocker bar.
The hole at the back has the rubber grommet. When I removed my grommet, it broke in 2 pieces, so I am also looking for a new one, but I don't know who stocks them.
Here is a photo of the removal of the back rocker bar. I screwed a bolt with a nut into the rocker bar and pulled it out by turning the nut

Here is also a photo (blurred) of the grommet lining up perfectly with the end of the rocker shaft

Yes is definitely him! Thanks mojobaby!
Since I would prefer not to finish breaking mine before having a new one to put there, can you measure for me the diameter of the hole?
If anybody knows where to look for finding a new one or equivalent...
Bolt and nut of the right diameter with a rubber piece (tyre inner tube, for example) could be a suitable replacement?

Hi Azazello, I think that a nut and bolt would work perfectly, with rubber washers on both sides to protect the aluminium head when the nut is tightened. I still have the 2 pieces that broke and I'm thinking of trying to glue them together, but I don't know if the glue will hold with the heat from the engine.
The hole itself is 12mm

Remember when I had a dauphine gordini engine in pieces 2 years ago having this problem and noticed that one of my scrap heads had an aluminum plug in it I was able to removeit carefully and using a smear of silicon it worked fine
Wether it was originally fitted or maybe had been made by someone I don't know
I guess a core plug would also work but working in situ may be a problem
Of course rear engined cars no problem for acess
