Oil on the spark plug

I have noticed that the engine is using some oil after the rebuild, not too much but still. Today I have noticed some oil around the first spark plug (probably not tightened enough) so I took it out and I have noticed that it was oily. I can hear some valves not working correctly so it possible that one of the valve is not closing good or is it the valve seal? Can the valve seal be replaced without taking off the head? The piston rings should be OK, they were replaced. Any suggestions?

I wouldn't have thought you'd get noticeable oil coming out of the cylinder just fro a loose plug.
Have you checked your rocker cover isn't a bit loose or gasket a bit leaky?

First thing I would do is change that plug as it is goosed, likely causes could be ignition too far advanced or too weak a mixture. Check the other three first and see if they are similar.

Today I have checked all the spark plugs. Two were loose but they are in better condition than this one above. I don't think it's the mixture or the advance. The exhaust pipe is gray and so are the spark plug tips so I think the mixture is OK.

Consumption is great, I did 600 kilometers so far with one tank and still running :)

Jambo all, i think the problem start when the spark plug is not tightened... make sure you tight and drive your car and check if the problem continue

I do think your guess about the valves is about right.
You heard them didn't you?
maybe check the clearance on the valves first before anything else.
The first plug is a bit charred all the others look ok.
good luck.
