petrol pump problems !

am busy fitting [or at least trying] to fit a r5 ts motor to my gtl but have a problem with the petrol pump, the new motor has an oil bath type pump [inverted type] without the external lever there are 2 inlet ? pipe connexions and 1 outlet which one go's to the tank and, what is the other for ???

one is Fuel to Carb/other is Fuel in (to pump) Third is Return (to Tank) last one can be blanked off.. -R

thanks, do you know which is which ? if I dont blank off will fuel come out ?

look for an arrow or two on the casing..The one to the left when pump is in place should be coming from tank, the one on theright should be fuel to carb
retour to tank usually paralell (rear of) the incoming one.. If you dont blanc off, Yes fuel will come out..-R.
