plug sparks

Jambo! This week i start experience loose of power and have miss when l drive my R4. my mechanics tell me its plug,they are not spark, so they are supposed to be changed. Those plugs are NGK. its second time l change them. is there anyone experience this problem? lt gave me headaches!!!!

until you use alot of fuel so that it can have a power? its a plug/carb? what else it can be?
